In a special exhibition ‘pop-up collaboration’ at K11 MUSEA in Hong Kong, tech-artist Wang Yuyang drew upon the woodworking expertise of PARIBAWGA to reinterpret Myanmar’s craft legacy through the lens of a computer. Utilizing digital technology, Wang converted PARIBAWGA’s designs into binary code, using 3D software to sculpt reinterpretations of traditional Burmese furniture with the assistance of the PARIBAWGA team.
